Planning & Drafts

Once we’ve aligned on your vision, we introduce you to draftsmen and designers who specialize in custom residential design. Over the course of 2–4 weeks, we’ll refine layouts, elevations, and details until they perfectly fit your goals.

As custom house builders, we know that great homes begin with great plans, and we’ll work with you to ensure every inch of the design reflects your needs.

Detailed Bid

Within 4–6 weeks, you’ll receive a comprehensive bid with line-item pricing from our trusted suppliers. Transparency is a cornerstone of our process. Unlike many general contractors, we don’t hand you a lump-sum estimate.

Instead, you’ll see exactly what every part of your home will cost — from structural materials to finishes. This clarity allows us, as a licensed contractor and residential general contractor, to consult with you on where to save, where to invest, and how to keep your home on budget without compromise.

This is the exciting part — making the home truly yours. As trusted custom builders, we guide you through every selection: cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, appliances, roofing, stonework, and more.

You’ll visit suppliers, view samples, and refine your style until it feels perfect. Need help? We can connect you with interior designers to support the process. Every decision you make adds another layer of personality to your custom-built home, ensuring it’s unlike any other.

final step - construction & walkthrough

Finally, construction begins. As a hands-on licensed general contractor, we’re not just overseeing the project — we’re actively involved at every stage.

From staking out your lot to electrical and cabinet walkthroughs, we include you in every milestone. You’ll see progress, ask questions, and watch your dream come to life.
